Data we collect
Through the contact form: first name, last name, company, email, address, phone (optional), subject and message. Through the calculator, only if you add it to your request: the bill of materials.
The website sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your request (account opening, order, support, partnership): pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Managing the business relationship: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Transfers outside the European Union
The data entered in the contact form is processed by Netlify Forms and stored on servers in the United States. Netlify, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, on which this transfer is based (adequacy decision of the European Commission). Where that framework does not apply, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision 2021/914), which are part of Netlify's data processing agreement (DPA).
Retention
Requests that do not lead to business: 3 years from the last contact. Customers: for the duration of the relationship, then statutory accounting retention periods.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Contact commande@cm.lu. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Luxembourg data protection authority, cnpd.lu).
